We utilize a CFR (Code of Federal Regulations) Quality Management System along with Cruze inventory management software. Our modern equipment includes multiple Gerber CNC fabric cutters, new state-of-the-art sewing machines, cushion stuffers and fiber picker/blowers among others. We’ve invested heavily in our facilities, processes and equipment to deliver the quality product our customers demand. Our employees have decades of experience across all disciplines in the design and production process. We can build virtually any frame and upholstered product from automotive packaging (sewing) and household furniture to complex medical devices. Our product development group can design from scratch, or reverse engineer your product for mass production. MSCL’s on-site lumber yard ensures product availability, shorter lead times and cost advantages. Around here, a commitment to quality is the framework we build on.
