The Mahoning County Educational Service Center (MCESC) provides our partners with experience, leadership and expertise. We take this role to provide and model leadership to our partners seriously, and seek out opportunities to serve, support, guide and lead so our partners experience success.The MCESC employs staff with the goal of providing excellence to all of its external and internal partners.
