MOLDING:
- With Nissei and Arburg horizontal and vertical injection molding machines from 20 to 330 tons, we are capable of producing the smallest of product to large housings. Our capabilities include over-molding, insert molding, difficult and specialty materials processing - all available in a cleanroom environment.
- Our experience working with medical manufacturers from inception to production has produced some of the most difficult specialty products in the market.
- For those products where cleanroom molding isn’t required, we have non-cleanroom production as well.
- The length of time production employees have worked for Magnum Plastics averages 5 ½ years. Continual training and product improvement is the key to long term employment.
