It has been a terrific journey - from the burning summer month of June 2000 when Magnon was started out of a terrace-top tin-shed, to becoming one of India’s largest digital agencies under the flag of a global force - TBWA, the disruption company. And yet we hit office every Monday thinking like entrepreneurs, burning with the hunger of a start-up. One and a half decades have passed since the agency’s inception. For digital that is perhaps a century! We started work when clients did not really understand the purpose of a website. It has been a fascinating transformation, and we have stood witness. The agency today works with marquee clients across five continents, providing full-spectrum digital solutions to some of the largest brands in the world including Haier, Hilton, Hyundai, Michelin, Nissan, Panasonic, Schneider, Sony, Standard Chartered Bank, Suzuki and UNICEF. The agency is pulsating with nearly 200 (wo)men organized into client account teams and ever ready for a fierce showdown with other teams to prioritise their client’s deliveries. So catching up often for those night-long evenings to drown tempers is a must! New Media is presenting vast opportunities for learning and growth. Technical underpinning of the medium works to an advantage for the business. Foundation of years of trust & partnership within the steering team clubbed with the zeal to be the New Mainline Media and change the world forever is driving the agency. Evolving within and acquiring rich talent is the focus. We shall play Disruption at the core. Amen.
