LS Distribution North America, based in Montreal, is a North American subsidiary of Lagardère Services, as well as a sister company of LS Travel Retail North America and Curtis Circulation Company.

Our company was established in 1968 under the name LMPI (Les Messageries Presse Internationale), and initially focused on the distribution of international magazines. By developing a vast network of newsstands and retailers in airports, as well as broadening the range of its product offering, LMPI soon became North America's leading international press distributor. Today, LMPI offers more than 3,500 magazine titles through 2,500 sales outlets. Express Mag, founded in 1986 with the aim of providing publishers with extra revenue from subscription sales, quickly became the North American leading subscription agency.

Since 2004, the company has offered customized mail order services and has developed a solid expertise in third-party logistics (3PL), Consolidated within LS Distribution Logistics, the company provides 3PL services to numerous partners in Canada and the US for industries as diverse as cosmetics, food, optics, e-commerce and retail sales.

In 2010, armed with its extensive experience in distribution and its privileged access to a vast network of retailers, LSDNA established a wholesale division called LS Distribution Services for non-press products, offering a range of complementary goods including imported confectionery, fine stationery, toys and other gift items.
