London Projects are a construction company specialising in super-prime, London residential refurbishment.The company was founded in 2005 by Steve Howat and Nick Stuttard former colleagues at one of London's leading luxury residential property developers. Today our passion for residential refurbishment and professional delivery knows no bounds. With a portfolio of well over 200 projects in premier locations such as Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Mayfair, our work is defined by meticulous detail, exemplary craftsmanship and an impeccable finish. Members of the Chartered Institute of Building since 2009, we now employ a team of 40 at our Westminster head office and engage over 150 tradesmen across our sites. Each project team includes a construction director, project manager, quantity surveyor and site manager, along with specialist in-house plumbing, electrical and joinery departments – meaning we have ultimate control to deliver seamlessly on even the most challenging projects.
