Liverpool Innovation Park (LIP) is designed around 21st Century business needs and configured around a central hub of amenities. For occupiers that take more than 1,000 sq ft, the LIP team offers many of the same benefits but with a more bespoke service, to take into consideration any additional requirements for larger businesses.
