Liquid Wire manufactures washable circuits and motion-flex sensors with never before seen stretchability, enabling radical new design possibilities for wearable technology, medical devices, VR gesture control, industrial monitoring, and a range of other applications. Our Core Component Blocks give electronics designers a modular platform for customizing Liquid Wire circuits to host any technology. This provides a straightforward path for adding stretchability into existing electronics designs or augmenting apparel with sensors for heart rate, temperature, location, impacts, and other measurements which can be transmitted real-time via bluetooth or other preferred output. Our circuits leverage a completely new proprietary metal gel fluid phase conductor, hard to soft transitions, and surrounding architecture developed by Liquid Wire which serves all the functionality of a traditional PCB, but with a stretchable membrane that can be bonded onto virtually any substrate. Unlike conventional flex circuitry that can't withstand significant stretching or deformation over time, Liquid Wire's self-healing metal gel conductor flows and stretches with the circuit's substrate. This allows circuits to be deformed, twisted, or stretched virtually unlimited times and the metal gel simply reflows back into place restoring its initial conductivity. Beyond transmitting digital information, the circuit can also act as a strain or pressure sensor feeding measurements into your device. a totally new way to gain more precise multi-axis measurements of body movement with highly conformable sensors.
