About Lifelong

Lifelong's mission is to empower people living with or at risk of HIV/AIDS and/or other chronic conditions to lead healthier lives. Lifelong is a leader in the fight against HIV/AIDS and continues to be a champion of healthy lives for all. Our years of serving people with HIV/AIDS has provided us with the knowledge base to help others experiencing hunger and the spectrum of HIV illnesses. Services include: case management, housing, prevention, Chicken Soup Brigade food program, access to insurance, and advocacy. Lifelong also manages a thriving volunteer program where volunteers outnumber staff 16:1. Additionally, the Lifelong Thrift Store, located on the organization's Capitol Hill campus, is a great place to browse high-quality apparel, shoes, and household items. All sales from donated items fund Lifelong's work. Annual signature community events include the Seattle AIDS Walk, Dining Out For Life, A Summer Supper, and Gay Bingo.
