Mission: Partnering with youth and families to build resilience.Vision: Bridgeport’s youth and families reach their full potential within a stronger community.Our Clients: LifeBridge is focused on the West End of Bridgeport, partnering with Bridgeport’s youth and families to significantly improve academic performance, leadership and social skills development, emotional wellness and stability. Sadly, far too many of Bridgeport’s 33,465 children enter life with two strikes against them.Our Impact: Sustain evidence-based programming to work closely with children and their families over a period of time sufficient to make a lasting, significant change in their lives. LifeBridge’s partnership with children and families enables them to rebound from hard times, and gain and utilize much needed skills for a life of empowerment and success.
