AB LESTO – elektros energijos skirstymo ir visuomeninio tiekėjo veiklą vykdanti Lietuvos bendrovė. AB LESTO (LESTO) is Lithuanian electricity distribution network operator. The Company was established through reorganization of the public limited liability distribution network companies Rytų Skirstomieji Tinklai (RST) and VST by means of merger. Operating on the basis of the two companies that have ceased to exist, LESTO has taken over the assets, entitlements and obligations of both companies. RST and VST have ceased their activities as legal persons. LESTO has taken over all RST and VST long-term and short-term assets, as well as long-term and short-term financial and other obligations, receivable and payable accounts according to RST and VST contracts or on the basis of other arising liabilities.
