Specific examples include allergies, sore throat, UTI’s, colds, fever, eye or ear infections, plus many other ailments. Should a member present a case that requires further examination, the consulting physician may recommend that the patient see a primary care physician.Teladoc staffs over 3,000 experienced board-certified physicians to ensure the best care for our members. In addition to treating non-emergent conditions, members can receive on-demand access to specialized care through mental health, substance abuse and dermatological providers on the same platform.
