Landmark Realty is a national real estate company focused on acquisition, development, sales, and in-house management of multifamily properties. Landmark’s business began in 1968 with a 4-unit building in San Francisco’s historic Mission District, where Landmark is still headquartered today. Over the last five decades Landmark has expanded into Northern California’s Alameda, Marin, Napa, and Dixon markets, as well as Albuquerque, New Mexico and the greater Kansas City area.Landmark’s portfolio has steadily grown to over 7,000 units across more than 80 properties nationwide. As Landmark has grown, so has the organization’s expert industry knowledge of each market to prove and provide continuous growth and outsized returns. While Landmark Realty is headquartered in San Francisco, they have satellite offices in each Landmark region.
