Welcome to Lakeview Health! Founded in 2001, our first location opened in Jacksonville, Florida. In 2018 we opened a second location in The Woodlands, Texas. Our facilities are licensed by the State of Florida and the State of Texas, respectively, and both have received the gold seal of approval for accreditation by the Joint Commission. Our multidisciplinary staff offer support to men and women ages 18+ who struggle with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. At Lakeview Health, we believe in treating the whole person – mind, body, and spirit. Our Jacksonville, Florida addiction treatment center sits on 12 acres. The gender-responsive facilities, meaning separate treatment facilities for men and women, offers a continuum of care from medically-monitored detox to intensive outpatient. The campus also has a 10,000 square foot wellness center, conference center, and administration building.The Woodlands, Texas treatment center offers Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Staff also provide community support groups including a 12-Step Meeting and Family Group.At Lakeview Health, we strive to help individuals and families recover from substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.
