Our mission at Lakes & Prairies Community Action Partnership is to Eliminate poverty. Empower families. Engage communities. We strive to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors, persons with disabilities, low-income individuals and families, as well as our community. We provide the highest quality services, maximizing the combined value of our staff, volunteer, consumer, partner, government, and financial resources.
