Lagan Homes is a privately owned house builder based in Banbury, Oxfordshire developing homes across the Midlands. It is part of the Lagan Group of companies, which operate across the UK, Ireland and internationally with an annual turnover in excess of £300m. Lagan Homes has an established history in house building spanning over three decades and currently between Northern Ireland and England develops over 400 units per annum. We undertake all the main elements of development including land acquisition, securing favourable planning consent, detailed design, procurement, construction, marketing and sales along with after sales customer care.Our main experience is on sites ranging from 30 to 200 units, on both brownfield and greenfield sites on varying levels of complexity. We have an extensive product range from apartments to five bedroom houses. Our homes are all architect-designed, built to a high specification and to ensure low on-going maintenance requirements and to stringent environmental criteria.
