Our story begins in Stockholm. Arriving in late March with rivers still frozen, clear blue skies, clean crisp air, amazing food, culture, design and so much innovation – this was to be the first of many trips to the Nordic region that led us to the KuPP concept. We wanted to create a quality all day casual dining concept with a strong focus on speciality coffee. We wanted to embrace Scandinavian design and Nordic inspired cuisine while, at the same time, sharing a little of what we enjoy and how we enjoy it in the UK. Our award winning menu is Nordic inspired and uses some of our favourite Scandi techniques like curing, pickling and smoking. At heart we are still very much true to our roots, sharing all that we love about the Nordic region but in our own unique British way. We are proud to be serving freshly produced food with provenance that is colourful, fun and health aware. Our bar spaces feature a well-considered wine list, local and international beers (including our own KuPP Lager), signature Nordic inspired cocktails and an extensive range of premium spirits including the Scandinavian favourite, Aquavit. The cocktail menu is Nordic inspired with our own KuPP twists on classics and entirely new creations.We’re passionate about serving our very own ethically sourced perfectly crafted seasonal espresso and filter blends. A blend of Brazilian Paraiso and Colombian Marianela, a KuPP espresso has notes of toasted almond and caramel. Our KuPP filter blend, made with Brazilian Paraiso and Colombian Camelia is rich in red apple, hazelnut and brown sugar.The KuPP Store gives everyone the chance to take a little bit of KuPP home with them. Along with bags of KuPP coffee, customers can purchase some of our favourite ambient Nordic food products such as lingonberry and cloudberry jam as well as a range of premium, hand sourced and well considered homeware and décor pieces that embrace the KuPP style and culture.
