Kumul Telikom Holdings (KTH Limited) is a newly formed entity responsible for the consolidation and transformation of the extensive state owned telecommunications & ICT assets of the Government of Papua New Guinea. The group consists of substantial terrestrial wireless (3/4G) and fixed networks (ADSL & FTTx) (BMobile-Vodafone & Telekom PNG) , media production companies and sub-sea cable assets (Dataco) including an under construction 16Tb capacity cable connecting Papua New Guinea & The Solomon Islands to Australia. The net assess of the newly formed group exceed AU$ 0.8Bn. The formation of KTH offers an unprecedented opportunity to usher in a new dawn for ICT into PNG - an opportunity that will spur economic growth as well as create 21st century skills for the 1,600 strong workforce.Kumul Telikom Holdings is a State Owned Enterprise and a subsidiary of Kumul Consolidated Holdings.
