Since 1953, generations of Alaskan’s have made Channel 2 a part of their daily lives. The station has become Alaska’s most watched and most trusted independent news source for breaking news, in-depth storytelling, complete sports coverage and accurate weather forecasts. To cover news in a state as massive and diverse as Alaska, it takes a special commitment. It’s a commitment that KTUU-TV and Channel 2 News have taken very seriously for the past six decades.
