KRUK is a receivables management company. Purchasing and collection of past due consumer debt portfolios (mainly banking receivables) is KRUK’s largest business segment. The second key business segment is contingency receivables management where revenues are commission-based. The combination of these two segments under one roof gives the company an exceptional position on the market, reduces the risk of investing activities and ensures cost optimization.KRUK is the owner of ERIF, one of licensed credit information bureaus in Poland. ERIF is a powerful tool supporting debt collection. KRUK is Centra Europe biggest receivables management company. Since 2007 it has been operating in Romania where it is also a market leader. 2011 witnessed the start of KRUK’s activity in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. In 2014 KRUK opened its German company based in Berlin. Since May 2011 the company is quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. KRUK uses an innovative pro-settlement strategy towards clients - repayment of thousands of debts is arranged in instalments.
