Ltd. was reconstituted in the year 2001 & was earlier incorporated in the year 1985 under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies Karnataka, Bangalore. Kou-Chan commenced the activities relating to BPO Services, Technical Support Services, Management Consultancy and Software Development in the year 2000-01.
