Kin Properties, Inc. is a privately held commercial real estate investment company in business for over 60 years. Our principal activities are the acquisition, ownership and management of freestanding, net leased, single tenant properties. All of our properties are owned by us as principals; we do not act as syndicators, investment advisors or third party property managers for others. We own more than 680+ separate properties, which individually range in size from as small as 2,000 square feet to as large as 2,000,000 square feet, and in the aggregate contain more than 30,000,000 square feet. Our properties are located in towns and cities throughout the United States (in 45 states) and Canada. Whatever your market, the chances are that we own one or more properties there or nearby, and are familiar with local trends and conditions. We maintain our own fully staffed, in-house, leasing, property management, accounting and legal departments to insure that tenant needs are addressed promptly and courteously, and that new transactions are handled efficiently and expeditiously.
