Kentucky Medical Services Foundation, Inc. (KMSF) is a non-profit corporation that serves in support of the University of Kentucky healthcare system (UK HealthCare), and also serves as the faculty practice plan for certain healthcare providers of UK HealthCare. KMSF manages provider billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable and compliance functions, as well as providing other financial and fiduciary functions for the College of Medicine and its clinical departments within UK HealthCare.
