The kdc/one Columbus facility is one of the foundational members of the kdc/one network and a significant producer of specialty and personal care products. A critical partner to leading brands, kdc/one Columbus is one of 24 manufactures located in the New Albany Beauty Park and has produced over 1.5 billion units in over 3,000 different SKUs since its opening in 2012.

With its constantly changing portfolio of products, the facility has three state-of-the-art compounding suites: one for surfactant compounding for soaps and body washes, one for alcohol-based compounding for fragrance mists, and finally, one for Eau de Perfume compounding with maceration and OTC sanitizers.

Our capacity includes the ability to batch and fill 1.6 million bottles a day. Our soap and alcohol factory has nine filling lines with the capability of producing 100 to 300 bottles per minute complete with in-line labeling. Our prestige facility has eight filling lines with the capacity of producing 20 to 100 bottles per minute with a large variety of components and in-line labeling and cello wrap.
