Katie Button Restaurants is a family-owned hospitality company in the mountains of Asheville, North Carolina. Chef Katie Button is at the helm of three diverse restaurants with common goals of sustainability, dedication to the Asheville community, and professionalism in the restaurant industry -- and of course, delicious food and exceptional service. Experience lively and authentic Spanish dining at nationally-acclaimed tapas restaurant, Cúrate, recently expanded to include a vermutería and jamoneria. Just around the corner at Nightbell, enjoy a menu is dedicated to sustainable and local ingredients and creative craft cocktails, influenced by the preservation practices and seasonality of Appalachia. The newest addition to the lineup Button & Co. Bagels, is housed in the ground-level space below Nightbell. Newly opened in October 2018, this take on the classic bagel shop is inspired by Asheville’s Appalachian roots and a focus on sustainability.
