The days before Britain had postcodes or landlines and telegrams were the standard form of communication. Our founders Oliver Moreland and Francis Impey took a business trip to Kalamazoo, Michigan. Not satisfied with the limitations of their time, they wanted more. Inspired by a new loose-leaf binder, they launched our UK company using the name of the town.
