We listed on AIM in April 2017.We help our clients with the presentation of their businesses for sale to market, sourcing potential acquirers, and project management of transactions to completion through our three trading subsidiaries KBS Corporate, KBS Corporate Finance and Knightsbridge.K3 was ranked as the number one advisor for deal volume in the 2017 and H1 2018 Thomson Reuters UK small cap M&A reviews, having jumped from third in the 2016 full year review and completing 40% more deals in H1 2018 than the year prior. We have received a number of awards, most recently being the UK Corporate Finance Advisory of the Year by ACQ Global and the Best UK Mid-Market Corporate Finance Firm by Corporate Insider.
