JML Dolman is an experienced apprenticeship and training provider committed to delivering high quality, personalised training service designed to ensure highly motivated apprentices, re-skill current staff, reduce staff turnover, and boost business confidence, competitiveness and productivity throughout the West Midlands.

We have a highly effective apprenticeship programme that ensures ready to work young people in any of the following sectors: Business Services, Health and Social Care, Customer Services and Construction. Our apprentices benefit from high quality support, mentoring and guidance which ensure that they are prepared to enter placement in any company and start contributing immediately.

From £2.60 an hour, any company can significantly increase their productivity by taking on an enthusiastic, highly motivated and hard-working apprentice. Furthermore, since all training costs are covered by the funding that JML receives, there are no other significant costs for the employer to incur.

A step further in providing a full service to our clients is offering them the opportunity to determine the type of training that the apprentices go through in accordance to their specific needs and requirements, thereby providing tailored services. To support this, we work with Black Country Academy which has recently opened a new construction training centre in Bilston, which was entirely built by their apprentices.
