J.Macêdo S/A, founded in 1939, is Brazilian's market leader in the domestic wheat flour and cake mixes segments, the second largest Brazilian company in the pasta segment and also plays an important roll in the jelly, baking/yeast powder and biscuit segments. The company manufactures, commercializes and distributes the brands Dona Benta, Petybon, Sol, Brandini, Chiarini, Lili, Águia, Madremassas, Salt, Hit, among others, and has a nationwide presence, with mills, factories and distribution centers located in states, such as: Ceará, São Paulo, Bahia, Paraíba, Alagoas, Recife, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Goiás, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul.
