Jiujiang Mining Australia Pty Ltd

Jiujiang Mining Australia Pty Ltd (“Jiujiang Australia”) was established as a wholly owned subsidiary of Jiujiang China in Australia. The planned core business of Jiujiang Australia for its first 2-3 years will be iron ore export and trading; providing mining and exploration services; equipment and machinery importation; and providing services for establishing wet processing plant in Australia. Jiujiang China was founded in 2002 with registered capital equivalent to $600 million Australian. It now has the equivalent of $6 billion Australian in fixed assets and employs over 18,000 people. Jiujiang China belongs to a larger group, the Jiujiang Group.
