JICA Alumni Association of Pakistan [JAAP]

Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Alumni Association of Pakistan (JAAP) was established in 1989 with the aim of fostering closer relations and more fruitful mutual assistance between JICA former training participants. The objective was to strengthen and development of friendly ties and cooperation between Pakistan and Japan; develop contacts with JICA and various training institutions in Japan with a view to exchange information of mutual benefit and to promote transfer of technical knowhow among the members. JICA Alumni Association has been very actively pursuing the above mentioned objectives by organizing social events for its members as well as organizing free community-based interventions for the general public at large in the country etc.
