Current production annual capability of J & F include 300,000 cubic meter MDF/HDF, 60 million sqm impregnated paper, 4000 tons or 40 million sqm printed paper, as well as the supply of 6 million lamination capacity. Through 5 years R&D effort, J&F successfully developed the direct coated wear resistant décor paper(liquid overlay) which is the key component of high gloss flooring. Currently, this revolutional new technique helps laminate flooring producer to remove the tradtional wear resistant overlay and gets greatest clarity and surface effect.
