Jackson's Cleaning Service is independently owned contract facility service organization with SBA, SWaM, SDVOSB, and 8a certifications. JCS provides services to military, manufacturing, secondary, post-secondary education, institutional, commercial, medical, and retail facilities. We are a full service company dedicated to providing competitively priced contractual or special project services to our customers. In business since 2000, we attribute our success to the development and retention of quality management. This aspect sets JCS above our competitors. Thus, strong management with equity involvement is a point which distinguishes our organizational structure from the competition. The advantage of JCS is that of a single source facility management contract company that affords the customer a tailored service in response to their needs. Jackson's Cleaning Service has worked closely with previous contracts such as our Janitorial and Custodial contracts with the Washington Aqueduct, and the JAG School smooth transitions, from the previous contract, into the new contractual relationship with Jackson's Cleaning Service. These relationships are supported by our efforts to evaluate service through contact with client representatives, and staff. Our belief in this practice is detailed in the "Experience" and "Quality Control." Jackson's Cleaning Service has been successful in providing Custodial and Janitorial services and supplies throughout VA and D.C. and other CONUS locations, first by establishing a stable management team, then by expanding the local organization to provide full service to the facilities. Dedicating experienced on-site management to the location has helped establish and create a stable organization.
