JC Industries has continuously provided service to the garment industry with our "Made in the USA" products for over 40 years. We're a full-package, private-label garment manufacturer for Harley Davison, North face, Carhart and many other household names! JC Industries also offers our own lines of custom apparel including: - HexiFlex USA - Launj Aut - Lucky Soul; and, - HFC (Hunting Fishing Camping). JC Industries is vertically integrated, enabling us to provide 100% of design, development and production within our 75,000SF facility in Montebello, CA. The JC Industries in-house design team provides services including product design & development, cut & sew, tech, graphics, silk screen, and embellishments to name a few. We can handle all aspects of production from concept to completion. JC Industries manufactures domestic “Made in the USA” products in addition to full-service import programs. Keeping with a true "Made in the USA" platform, our sourced cotton is grown, cleaned, spun and dyed in North Carolina then shipped to our WRAP certified facility in Los Angeles for production. JC Industries also uses eco-friendly processes, which are 95% percent chemical free, thus reducing our carbon footprint in the environment. We are fully compliant with ALL California manufacturing regulations which are by far the strictest in all of the United States. WRAP COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATION The Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP) program is the world's largest facility-based social and environmental certification program, mainly focused on apparel, footwear and sewn products sectors. WRAP Certification ensures factories produce goods under lawful, humane and ethical conditions. WRAP monitors the factory for compliance with detailed practices and procedures implied by adherence to these standards.
