Ovivo Inc. sold its UK municipal operations on the 27th February 2015 to a team led by Ovivo UK Municipal’s senior management. The new company, which is called Jacopa, incorporates the highly respected brands; Copa, Aquator, Tomkinson, Jones + Attwood, MBR Technology and for the UK and Ireland municipal markets has a licence for Brackett Green products.
