Jackson Square's approach has been honed by a team who has worked together for more than two decades, resulting in a unifying investment philosophy of concentrated, long-term investing focused on intrinsic business value growth.
Jackson Square launched in May 1, 2014 when the San Francisco-based growth Investment Team spun out of Delaware Investments. Prior to the team’s nine-year tenure at Delaware Investments, the majority of the team was employed at Transamerica.
Jackson Square is a majority employee-owned firm. As long-term strategic partner to Jackson Square, AMG holds a minority equity investment in the firm; the key employee group at Jackson Square retains operational and governance control.
