Jackson Coles are an independent and comprehensive Construction Consultancy, established for over 35 years based in London and Milton Keynes operating primarily in the South East but also across the UK and further afield. We collaborate with Developers, Investors, Planners and Architects to bring their visions to life. We offer Cost Consultancy, Project Management, Building Surveying, CDM and Project Monitoring. Our long term Clients see us as their trusted advisor and value our agile Partner-led way of working, overseeing and advising throughout the length of the project. This accountable and open approach combined with ensuring an experienced and accessible Job Owner is a main point of contact throughout delivery, ensures consistency and quality. Our business has thrived on working with both emerging and established architects and we enjoy developing relationships, forming creative collaborations, understanding design vision and working together to bring it to realisation. In the past few years no less than two projects on which we were part of the team; Astley Castle (2013) and Newport Street Gallery (2016), received the huge honour of winning the Stirling Prize.
