ITI - Istituto Turistico Italiano was founded in 1921. Down the years ITI diversified his main interest in the residential tourism field, planning and building over 10,000 residential rooms. Today ITI HOTELS Group has 40 owned properties with a total of 10,000 beds, most of them located on the eastern coast of Sardinia - Costa Smeralda, as well as in Rome and in South, Central and North America (Buzios in Brazil, Antigua in the Caribbean and Washington in the USA). It is considered national leader among hotel groups in Italy, thanks to the largest number of self-managed and owned properties.
