The Iron Temple of Martial Arts, previously The Martial Arts Center, was established in 1996 in Bergen County, New Jersey. Training is focused on self preservation covering a wide array of intense martial arts disciplines geared towards self defense, self awareness and physical conditioning. The development of the mind, body and spirit is paramount in an evolving market of "mixed Martial Arts".

With over 54 years of experience between the instructors at the Iron Temple, our goal is to guide the student through traditional training with a modern and practical approach to self defense and self preservation. The Iron Temple is proud to introduce "The Fifth Element" approach which utilizes ancient techniques in a modern language.

The Iron Temple is the proud home of TEAM IRONSIDE!

We cover several different Martial Arts here at the Temple. We emphasize a traditional environment and structure with a non traditional philosophy when it comes to street combat. In a sence, it's a taste of traditional values with a practical approach to combat. We teach a complete system of long range, medium range and close range combat.

Training at the Iron Temple has been invitation only due to limited space. But now we have a public location located at 1 Camre Drive, Hampton, New Jersey! Anyone interested in more information can contact us through our Contact page. We are now open to the public!
