Iowa HOBY’s mission is to help lay a foundation for Iowa’s future leaders through the facilitation of seminars, community events, and activities that teach participants how to think, not what to think Vision VOLUNTEERISM Volunteerism is the heart and soul of our organization. We appreciate the myriad contributions of our volunteers, and recognize the power of thank you. We seek to promote and encourage volunteerism among our stakeholders.
