Our Story: As an established customer retention center since 2011, we’re proud of how far we’ve come. In the last three years, we transitioned from three centers continuously distracted by obtaining new business to our flagship center here in San Diego, now focused on people first, continuous improvement, and delivering value to our existing client. We work hard, celebrate our achievements, and appreciate our diversity. At ICD we get paid weekly, have a consistent work schedule, and have access to subsidized transportation and meals.
