In`Tech Industries Incorporated is a leading global supplier of miniature plastic component parts for the medical, dental and consumer electronics industries. In’Tech emerged from the founding of NAR Industries in 1967, a tooling and manufacturing company focused on plastic injection molds. The company later expanded to meet the highly specialized manufacturing needs of the hearing aid industry. Today, it's 64,000 sq. ft facility houses four centers: Engineering, Tooling, Injection Molding and 3d Printing Rapid Prototyping / Additive Manufacturing. Each center works independently, as well as, collaboratively to meet the evolving product development needs of a highly-competitive manufacturing industry.In’Tech Industries’ 3D Printing division provides Rapid Prototyping and Additive Manufacturing (RP/AM) capabilities in five technologies; Stereolithography (SLA), Polyjet, Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS). The diversity in technology allows us the ability to provide our customers designed parts that range from soft material to rigid plastics to hard metals. Our 10,000 square foot facility in Ramsey, MN, and 8,000 square foot facility in Racine, WI provide us with climate controlled laboratories that are managed by an on-site service technician which enables us to optimize performance and capabilities. In’Tech also offers numerous finishing options such as sealing, sanding, polishing and painting to provide a wide array of complete parts or patterns. Our team strives to work with our customers from inception to delivery to provide their ideal product with quick and responsive turnaround times. In’Tech currently employs 145 people between both facilities.
