We provide soil and groundwater remediation, geotechnical and specialty civil construction, demolition and decommissioning, and heavy industrial construction services throughout California. ICS’ diverse market sectors include environmental engineers and consultants, defense and aerospace, federal government, education, municipalities, public works, utilities, chemical, oil & gas, energy, power, petrochemical, development, and manufacturing. Founded in 1999 by environmental engineering and remedial/general construction professional, the company’s co-founders bring both a technical and practical background to the business, which has served as a model for the development of the organization. ICS’ leadership team is comprised of former engineers, environmental scientists and experienced construction managers who work hand-in-hand with superintendents, heavy equipment operators, plumbers and skilled technicians.
