InnovationRx provides a comprehensive medical adherence solution. It is a patient-centered case management system to address non-adherence. Built on a review of the literature and research related to factors affecting patient adherence and successful ways to intervene, InnovationRx employs an inter-disciplinary, multi-modal methodology that provides clinical evaluation, customized interventions and progress reports. Our solution employs both a software based service and a call center staffed with health care professionals trained in motivational interviewing and adherence intervention that can provide patients with personalized, one-to-one support and consultation.
