Industrial Workforce is a boutique labour hire company specialising in providing fully vetted casual, temp to perm, permanent and contingent employees to the Warehousing, Distribution, Cold Storage, Process, Transport, Shipping and Production areas to organisations in and around greater Metropolitan Melbourne. The company is involved in the provision of outsourced skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers hired for short or long-term positions.

The company can provide staff on a 24/7 basis and is a member of the Recruitment Consultants Services Association (RCSA) the industry’s leading body in Australia.

Industrial Workforce has been providing both casual and permanent blue-collar labour for a long time giving us a reputation that you can trust. Some of our clients and employees have been with us for over ten years and our customers expect us to provide a seamless integration with their existing work force. We have a contingent workforce of over 250 people. In terms of customer service our office is open during normal business hour which is extended by individual staff being on call up to 9 pm M-F and on week ends if required.
