Impact Strategies has developed a proprietary approach to distressed real estate asset resolution, Impact Value Management (IVM), which we employ across each of our distressed real estate advisory and resolution platforms. As the only buyer of an REO portfolio sold by Freddie Mac and is a respondent to the FHFA request for information (RFI), and is currently under consideration for adoption by each of the agencies and entities controlled by FHFA and the US Treasury. Impact Strategies operates three distressed real estate advisory and resolution platforms to deliver full service REO asset resolution solutions for banks, sevicers and holders of distressed commercial and single family REOs:

I. Impact Advisors: “Bruised Bank” Tri-Party advisory services, focused on delivering simultaneous sale of distressed assets and recapitalizations / sale of bruised banks. Impact Strategies formed alliances with KPMG and McGladrey to lever their extensive due diligence and technical capabilities covering financial institutions to deliver a comprehensive solution to Bruised Banks.

II. Impact Solutions: Operates 4 complimentary solutions for SFR and CRE REO program development, coordination and management. Using IVM to deliver better or best homes to owner occupants and tenants across the Western US.

III. Impact Markets: Institutional debt and equity capital markets solutions for distressed CRE and SFR platforms developed by Impact Strategies.
