Impact RTO Holdings was founded in 2015 as the retail division of Impact Properties, a full-service investment, operating, and development company. Impact delivers high quality franchising solutions to all of its partner retail brands throughout the U.S. Currently, Impact RTO owns and operates 74 rent to own locations franchised with Rent-A-Center. Impact acquired and franchised their first 40 Rent a Center locations in 2015 and has continued growing to 74 stores currently, becoming the largest franchisee in the network along the way. Impact RTO is the leading franchisee in the Rent-A-Center network with locations spread across eight states including Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, and Mississippi.
