Patient centricity is a vital part of our mission and has been so for 20 years. We offer a unique combination of services to facilitate worldwide clinical trial participation for all. Illingworth’s bespoke solutions include: Mobile Research Nursing, Patient Concierge and Medical Photography. Mobile Research Nursing focuses on taking the clinical trial visits to the patient in their home, school or workplace. This approach minimises the number of site visits for the patient and leads to a more positive clinical trial experience. Patient concierge supports patients in getting to site visits when they are required to do so, this may include travel bookings and reimbursements. This supports mobile research nursing in offering an easy way for patients to attend site when there is a need, such as an MRI scan. Medical Photography is an alternative approach which uses imagery or video footage to monitor a clinical endpoint. Imagery can be used in a range of applications concentrated within but not exclusive to dermatological trials. Illingworth also has an operational team with many years’ experience in all trial phases and across many different therapeutic areas. Our focus is creating clinical trials which are designed to support the patient and maximise recruitment and retention rates.
