IDS offers a whole suite of direct marketing services ranging from Data Processing, Telemarketing Services, Mailing Lists, Fulfilment, Consultancy, Training & Publishing. IDS was founded in 1994. From small beginnings the company now has 2 offices, one in Newry and a sales office in Dublin. In its infancy IDS solely dealt with the supply of business databases for Ireland. Today through the use of the web, IDS can now make its services more readily available worldwide. Presently IDS trades with businesses throughout Europe, the USA, New Zealand, Australia and the British Isles. IDS is currently a member of the Irish Direct Marketing Association (IDMA) and UK Direct Marketing Association (DMA). In September 1999 IDS was awarded the investors in people certificate. This is a UK training standard which is awarded to companies for their continuous commitment into the development of their staff. It is envisaged that IDS will experience further expansion in the coming year and that through the advances in technology IDS can offer new and improved methods of meeting the needs and requirements of our clients.
