En 2019, ICICLE inaugure sa première adresse internationale au 35 avenue George V dans le 8ème arrondissement de Paris, et entame son voyage au Japon en 2021. En 2022 ICICLE ouvre une seconde boutique parisienne au 50 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, et un corner au 2ème étage du Bon Marché.
